What happens on the day?

Before the day. You'll complete a pre-work audit so the team can tailor everything to your specific business.

Morning, 10:00am to 12:30pm. Arrival and audit review. Detailed discussion of each layer of your business, working backwards from profit to find the real root cause. Breakout sessions covering product, marketing, growth, and leadership.

Short lunch break.

Afternoon, 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Regroup for execution planning. Write your 90-day action plan. Leave with clear next steps and playbooks to implement immediately.

How it's delivered. A mix of diagnostic review, group discussion, and focused breakout sessions. The day is built around your pre-work audit, so everything is specific to your business. You're not sitting through generic advice. You're working on your gym with expert guidance.
