These terms govern your use of the Gym Owner Network website at gymownernetwork.com and the services we provide. By using the site or buying a service from us, you agree to these terms.
Gym Owner Network ("GON", "we", "us") is a mentorship and community service for gym owners, operated by Integrated Growth. Contact: hello@gymownernetwork.com.
You may use the site for personal and legitimate business purposes. You must not:
Growth Roadmap Calls are free and non-obligatory. They're designed to help us understand your business and see if the network is a fit. We may decline to work with anyone we feel isn't a good match.
When you buy a mentorship package, events ticket, or other paid service, the specific terms of that service (duration, what's included, price, payment schedule) are in the agreement we give you at the point of sale. Those terms take priority over anything on this page.
Refund and cancellation rules depend on the service you've bought. They are set out in the agreement you sign. In general:
The numbers and case studies on this site reflect real results from real gym owners, but your results will depend on your market, your gym, your effort, and factors outside our control. We don't guarantee a specific financial outcome.
Everything on this site (copy, images, design, videos, frameworks, templates) is ours or licensed to us. You can view and share it for personal use. You can't copy or republish it commercially without written permission.
If you share feedback, testimonials, or case study data with us, you give us permission to use it to promote our services, with your name or anonymised if you prefer.
We work hard to give good advice, but we're not responsible for business decisions you make. Our total liability to you for anything arising out of the site or services is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability we can't legally exclude (like death, personal injury, or fraud).
The site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, privacy, or security.
We may update, change, or remove features of the site or service. If a change materially affects a paid service you've bought, we'll tell you before it happens.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always show when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
